Do I really need to explain again why I do this? This cake was made for a co-workers daughter who was turning 11. Mind you this was last minute notice and done late at night but I survived, and most importantly the cake survived! This cake was especially fun, since I had my best friend helping me out! Even though we were both exhausted and not really saying much at all… It was still a blast! I think M learned a few things and enjoyed herself…I was too busy caught up on “girl talk”
Needless to say the cake is one of my favorites for many reasons… the cute letter; sharing my new passion with someone I love, the girl talk I forced out of her… it was all great. Yes, I really do love the 10×10 pan…. It is just so simple to use!
yay! I can’t believe how great it turned out since you were so tired…wait, yes I can, of course you pulled it off! I had so much fun learning the tricks of the trade from you! Can’t wait to work on our birthday cake!
